Dinners from my Garden

These are two of the dinners we have had this week.
This is pork stir fry: pork from a hog raised by my Father-in-law (which happens to taste better than any pork you will ever buy from a store), brown rice, pineapple, and red, green, and yellow bell peppers from my garden. :) YUMMY!!!!

The green peppers were picked about an hour before this picture was taken, and the red ones were picked a day or two before. Again...so yummy!

Very excited about the yumminess we are getting from our garden this year. :) We killed the squash, but we got quite a bit before that happened. We have also gotten a TON of chili peppers, tomatoes, and we're still waiting on the eggplant.
