6 weeks with two!

Kendan finally took a paci after weeks of trying the Nuk paci like Hudson used (because we had a ton of them!) He gagged everytime you tried to give him one, but he would suck on my pinkie finger when he needed comfort. The soothie is shaped just like my pinkie finger, and thus we have a paci!

1 month old!

Kendan was a month old last Thursday! I can't believe 4 weeks have gone by! We had a check-up last Thursday, and he weighed 9 pounds 3 ounces (36%) and was 21 3/4 inches long (60%).

He is getting up every 4-5 hours at night to eat and is taking between 3 and 5 ounces every feeding. He is such a good baby!

Here is my one month old with his blanket that I made him. I *stole* this idea of taking a picture with the same blanket from a few of my sorority sisters. This blanket was too big to get the whole thing in the picture though. Oh well. :)

Life is good...

We got a sweet surprise in the mail today...this precious hat made for Kendan by a sweet friend, Jennifer Bedingfield. I babysat for Jennifer's two boys as I grew up through middle school and high school. I love her family so much, so it was very special to me that she made hats for both of my boys. (Haven't gotten a picture of Hudson in his hat yet).

Kendan Carter Wall

Our sweet 2nd baby boy is here! He was born last Thursday. He weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. He is so sweet, and we are adjusting to life with two small boys. Hudson LOVES him, and loves being a big brother. He tells Kendan he misses him when he's away from him and asks to help with everything we do for Kendan. Here is our sweet boy 1 week old.
